Booking Policy

Extra Ammentities-

• All rentals come with free ice.
• Rods & Reels and tackle avamay be available.
• We do have guides available which can be used for fishing or safety. (Please request in advance)
• Marine fuel is not included and will be added to the bill at time of arrival.

Boat Use Guidelines-

• Minimum age of renter is 25
• In Alabama a Boaters License is not required if your license is from out of state BUT a mandatory education and training course is required at time of rental.
• In Florida waters if your born after 1988 you are required to take a online course at https://myfwc.com/boating/safety-education/temporary-certificate/.
• All children under 12 must keep life jacket on at all times.
• Boat cannot leave dock before sun up and must be back before sunset. Any arrival after sunset will have a $150.00 fee added to card on file.
• A release must be signed agreeing to all the rules and regulations.
• The person signing the release is the only one authorized to drive the boat.
• Any missing ropes, life jackets, buoys or any other items on belonging to boat will be charged to credit card on file.
• Drinking and driving is not allowed by the person signing release. BUI’s are given out routinely here in Orange Beach,Al.
• Any unsafe driving witnessed will cause the rental to be immediately terminated.
• The boundaries extend West to Lulu’s restaurant in the Canal and in the Gulf to Gulf Shores fishing pier. To the East both inside water way and in gulf to Pensacola Pass. The distance south extends to no more than 3-miles out. Any witnessed passing of these locations will result in a $150.00 additional fee.
